In 1987 a group of golf players from Malaga created the company Guadalhorce Club de Golf and acquired the entire estate.

The incorporation of the Finnish group Rastas into this company made it possible to extend the original estate to the current 18 holes, with the design of the course by Mr. Koski Kuronen and the restoration of the clubhouse by Mr. Ignacio Gómez Temboury.
